How to Unlock a Schlage Electronic Keypad BE365 Deadbolt Using a Key

Key Override can be used when the battery is completely dead, or when no valid User Code is known
1. Insert key.
2. Rotate key to recess the cylinder.
3. Turn 270° to unlock.
4. Rotate knob/lever to open door.
5. Rotate the key back to the starting position to relock.
Note: The key cannot be removed from the cylinder while the lock is unlocked.
